Affiliate Terms of Use
As an authorized Peptide Specialist of Pius Solutions, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before applying to the program or promoting Pius Solutions.
Your participation in the Program is for the limited purpose of promoting Pius Solutions and earning a commission on qualifying product purchases made through your assigned referral link or approved coupon code.
By submitting an application to the Pius Solutions Peptide Specialist Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement and its terms.
Approval or Rejection of the Application
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.
Commissions
Approved Peptide Specialists are eligible to earn a 15% commission on qualifying net sales.
Net sales exclude taxes, shipping charges, refunds, chargebacks, canceled orders, and any other non-commissionable amounts determined by Pius Solutions.
Commissions are only earned on completed and paid orders that are properly tracked through an assigned referral link or approved coupon code.
Self-referrals are not permitted. You may not use your own referral link or coupon code to place orders for yourself.
Payouts
Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following Approved commissions are paid on the 1st and 15th of each month.
Pius Solutions reserves the right to delay, adjust, withhold, or deny commissions in cases involving refunds, chargebacks, order cancellations, suspected fraud, misuse of the Program, or violations of this Agreement.
Peptide Specialists are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes related to commissions earned through the Program.
Tracking and Attribution
Commissions are tracked through AffiliateWP using referral links and approved coupon codes.
Pius Solutions is not responsible for commissions on orders that were not properly tracked or where a referral link or approved code was not used. In the event of any dispute regarding attribution, Pius Solutions reserves the right to make the final determination.
Program Rules and Promotional Standards
As a Peptide Specialist, you agree to promote Pius Solutions in a professional, accurate, and lawful manner.
You may use approved text links, graphics, referral links, and coupon codes provided by Pius Solutions. You may also create your own promotional materials, provided they are accurate and appropriate with this Agreement.
All products must be represented as for research use only. Products may not be promoted for human or animal use.
You may not:
- make medical, therapeutic, or health claims about any product
- provide directions for use, dosage information, administration instructions, or treatment guidance
- use misleading, deceptive, or false advertising
- engage in spam, mass unsolicited messaging, or other abusive promotional practices
- misrepresent your relationship with Pius Solutions
- use unauthorized coupon language, false discount claims, or misleading deal language
- bid on branded pay-per-click terms related to Pius Solutions without prior written approval
- promote Pius Solutions on websites or platforms that contain or promote illegal activity
- infringe on any trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights belonging to Pius Solutions or any third party
Any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in accordance with applicable Federal Trade Commission guidelines and any other applicable laws or regulations.
Liability
Pius Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including any loss of revenue, profits, data, or commissions arising from participation in the Program, tracking failures, technical issues, interruptions, or errors.
Pius Solutions makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Program, the website, or any products offered through the website.
Coupon Use
Only approved and assigned coupon codes may be promoted. Peptide Specialists may not advertise or imply the existence of discounts, deals, or coupon offers that have not been specifically authorized by Pius Solutions.
Misleading coupon, deal, or savings language is prohibited.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pius Solutions, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, your promotions, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Electronic Signatures Effective
The Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your participation in the Pius Solutions affiliate program. You indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions contained or referenced in this Agreement by completing the Pius Solutions application process. This action creates an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
